Hi, I'm Molly—a SENr and AfN accredited performance and health-focused nutritionist based in Manchester, UK. I hold a BSc in Nutrition and an MSc in Sports Nutrition, alongside ISAK Level 1 Practitioner status and certification as a UK Anti-Doping Advisor.

With experience in high-performance environments including Manchester United Women, I’ve worked with athletes across a range of sports, including elite and academy football, athletics, shooting, and wheelchair rugby.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, providing individualised support to help athletes optimise energy, enhance recovery, and sustain long-term performance and health. Whether working with professionals or aspiring athletes, my goal is to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to fuel their success—both in competition and everyday life. Otherwise, you will find me running, cycling or finding new coffee shops around the north.
